Polished stainless steel construction, with tapered, closed end. Soft, black pvc liner. When mounted, bolts are hidden from view. Installation is a breeze with the backing plate underneath guiding 4 bolts up at the same angle as the rod holder body and tapped into the underside of the rod holder head. Complete with a threaded 1/4" drain for hose.
